Privacy Policy

Early Access — last updated 2026. This document explains how MSRX Planner handles your data in plain language.

Our promise

Your notes, plans and study data are yours. We do not sell your data, and we do not train AI models on your private student content. Ever.

What we store

• Account details — your email (and name, if you sign in with Google) to identify your account.
• Your content — the workspaces, subjects, notes, assignments, flashcards, materials and study groups you create.
• Preferences — theme, accent and notification settings, stored on your device and synced to your account.

Before you create an account, everything lives only in your browser. It is uploaded to our servers only once you sign in and sync.

How your data is protected

• Access is denied by default. Row-Level Security ensures you can only read and write your own data and content explicitly shared with you.
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our provider.
• Sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies.

Sharing

Nothing is shared until you choose to share it. When you add something to a study group, only members of that group can see it, and you can revoke access at any time by removing the share or leaving the group.

AI features

AI features send only the context needed to answer your request to our AI provider, over a secure connection. AI provider keys are held on our servers and never exposed to your browser. AI is optional.

Age

MSRX Planner is intended for students aged 13 and above.

Your rights

You can export a full copy of your data at any time from Settings → Data, and you can permanently delete your account and all associated content. See our Data Deletion page.
