Terms of Use

Early Access. Last updated 14 October 2026. By creating an account or using MSRX Planner you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who you are agreeing with

MSRX Planner is operated by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, publishing under the name “MSRX”. MSRX is a brand name, not a registered company, and nothing here should be read as implying a company behind it. In these terms “we”, “us” and “MSRX” mean Mrinal Singh Raja; “you” means the person using the service. Written notice reaches us at mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.

The service

MSRX Planner is an academic workspace for planning, note-taking, assignments, revision and study-group collaboration. During Early Access the service is provided as-is and may change as we improve it.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must be 13 or older to use MSRX Planner.
  • If you are under 18 you may use it only with the permission of your parent or legal guardian, and by creating an account you confirm you have it.
  • Give accurate details and keep one account for yourself. Do not share your password; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for the content you create and share.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MSRX Planner lawfully and respectfully. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store, sync and display it back to you and the people you share it with. We claim no ownership of your work.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you put into MSRX Planner and for what you share with others. Only upload or share material you have the right to use. Material from textbooks, coaching institutes or question papers may be protected by copyright; keeping your own copy for personal study is your responsibility to do lawfully, and sharing it with a group is at your own risk. If you share something with a study group, its members can see and copy it.

Third-party services

MSRX Planner depends on services run by others, listed in the Privacy Policy (hosting, database, sign-in, email and the AI provider). They can fail or change. We are not responsible for their acts or outages, and the AI provider’s own terms apply to what it processes.

Our software and your feedback

The MSRX Planner software, name and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for your own studies but may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. If you send feedback or ideas we may use them without owing you anything.

Availability

We work hard to keep MSRX Planner fast and reliable, but during Early Access we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own backups of critical work (Settings → Data → Export).

Reporting content and takedown

If you believe something in a shared space infringes your rights or breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, write to mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com with where it is and why. We will act on genuine notices promptly, which can include removing the content or the account, and we may do so without notice where the law requires or the risk is serious.

If a claim arises from your use

To the extent the law allows, you agree to be responsible for loss that others suffer because you uploaded or shared material you had no right to, or used the service unlawfully. This does not make you liable for ordinary use of the service in good faith.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

The AI features

MSRX Planner uses large language models to explain topics, draft revision plans, summarise notes and answer questions. A model writes text that reads as confident whether or not it is correct: it misstates facts, invents detail that was never in your notes, and explains a wrong answer as fluently as a right one.

Everything a model produces here is a draft for you to check, never a result to rely on, and none of it is educational, career or admissions advice. Nothing in this app improves a grade or predicts an examination outcome. Check anything that matters against your syllabus, your textbook or your teacher.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

MSRX Planner is free. To the fullest extent the law allows it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost profits, lost data, lost study time or any examination outcome, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000). Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

Export your work regularly (Settings → Data → Export). It is the only copy we can promise you will still have.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. If you use the service as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Grievances

Questions and complaints, including any grievance under India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, go to mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by things outside our reasonable control, including outages at our providers, network faults, or law or government action.

The whole agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. Not enforcing a term at once does not waive it. You may not transfer your account to someone else.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will change the date above and show a notice in the app for material changes. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
