Early Access — last updated 2026. By using MSRX Planner you agree to these terms.

The service

MSRX Planner is an academic workspace for planning, note-taking, assignments, revision and study-group collaboration. During Early Access the service is provided as-is and may change as we improve it.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must be 13 or older to use MSRX Planner.
  • You are responsible for the content you create and share.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MSRX Planner lawfully and respectfully. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us only the permission needed to store, sync and display it back to you and the people you share it with. We claim no ownership of your work.

Availability

We work hard to keep MSRX Planner fast and reliable, but during Early Access we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your own backups of critical work (Settings → Data → Export).

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
